How it works
Four or five dishes decided in the morning. Bread is baked here, most vegetables come from the valley, and the fish is whatever the Kalten market had that day. Twenty-six seats means a Friday table is worth asking about when you book the lodge.
The late bowl is soup and bread on the counter. It exists because the walk up from bridge street takes eighteen minutes and everything down there stops serving long before you get here.
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you enquire. With one kitchen and five dishes, notice is what makes the difference.
